HSYG: When you join us, you share in a number of opportunities to GATHER, SOCIALIZE, PROCLAIM,, and be SENT out in the community!
GATHER: regular meeting times are 12:30-2:00 pm on the first and third Sundays of the month.
SOCIALIZE: There is always time at our meetings to socialize, play a game of ping pong, catch up with friends, meet new friends, and share some good food. We also have a Winter Social and a Summer Social gathering/event. Whether we gather for sledding, tobogganing, ice skating, a movie, canoeing or a trip to King's Island, it is a great way to get to know other high school youth of our parish, to celebrate God's goodness and just have some fun!
PROCLAIM: We always spend some time learning more about our faith, how to live it and share it. To foster this journey of faith, we also participate in various retreats, confereneces, and rallies; these include the National Catholic Youth Conference (NCYC), Ecclesia Novella, March For Life, and Catholic Heart WorkCamp.
SEND: Our HSYG also participates in service opportunities for the parish, the community and beyond. These include visiting a local nursing home, making sack lunches for the Harvest Soup Kitchen, volunteering for a tri-parish rummage sale to raise funds for an orphanage in Haiti and volunteering for Habitat for Humanity.
